A
ccredited Membership is for individuals who are trained and qualified mentors; who want to demonstrate their training and experience with an internationally recognised mentoring standard.

Each accredited mentor agrees to abide by and uphold the IIC&M’s Standards and Ethics by signing the Declaration of Integrity.

Accreditation, once granted, remains with the Mentor for the length of the time that the Mentor remains a member of the IIC&M.

Your accreditation assessment is based upon your ability as a mentor, your competence levels when you are mentoring, and your capability to work with your clients to move them forward in their chosen topic.

The requirements for each accreditation level and the fees for students (past and present) who have qualified through a current IIC&M Accreditation Course (Level 7, Level 6, or Level 5):

Detailed Explaination

Please see the Explanatory Notes for further information about your accreditation application requirements.

Accreditation, once granted, remains with the Mentor for the length of the time that the Mentor remains a member of the IIC&M.  To retain your accreditation your annual fee becomes application from one year after your initial application.

Once accredited, you can demonstrate your on-going CPD annually which allows each Accredited Mentor (IIC&M) to be awarded their Professional Mentor (IIC&M) representation. This is your next step.

Mentors are encouraged to continue to upgrade their accreditation status in line with the growing experience and training.
